Use this site to report any queries, bugs or issues you have with the Active School Planner.
Please note the following when reporting bugs or issues:
- Check the knowledgebase first at https://activeschoolplanner.support/kb/index.php to see whether your question has already been answered.
- Clear your browser cache and then try logging in again. To do this, follow the instructions here http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ depending on which web browser you use.
- Tell us what web browser you are using: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, Firefox etc. If you’re unsure, visit https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and tell us what it says here.
- Tell us whether you are using a Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, iPad, etc.
- Take a screenshot of the problem and send this as a file attachment. To do this, follow the instructions here: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/ .
- If you are unable to take a screenshot, please tell us the title of the page and the full web address. In addition, please copy exactly any error message.
- Provide the exact email address you have registered with.
- After opening a new ticket, if you don't receive an email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder. Add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
